In collaboration with The Discovery Project, this is perfect for those who want to learn more about nutrition and how to make small but life-changing habits that are sustainable in the long run.

It is a small group setting (max 12 people) to allow for interaction and open discussion. It includes:

1 Hour Nutrition Workshop

A Pause to interact and reflect, while you enjoy a selection of nutritious healthy snacks.

1 Hour Habits Workshop where we give you practical tools for habits to be your superpower to unlock a world of potential and change.

An interactive Communal Supper where we will show how accessible it is to make a delicious, healthy meal.
